RECONNECT WITH GOD

God’s desire is to reconnect with you and have a fellowship with Him as initially was. Here are the basic fundamentals that must be in place for you to reconnect:
1. Repent of your sins. You must be willing to turn from all known
sin and from a life that is self-directed and opposed to the will of God
2. Believe in Jesus Christ. You must believe that Jesus is God in human
form, that He died to pay the price for your sin, and that He rose from the
dead and lives today.
3. Give up on Him. You must will to submit to and pursue
the will of God for your life as revealed in the Bible.
Are you ready to connect with God? If you are serious, here is a sample prayer
you can pray:
Jesus, I believe You are God, the Savior of the
world. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead. I have been
directing my own life, but now I surrender my life to you. I ask you to forgive
me of my sin and be my Lord. Please change my heart. I choose to follow you, r
Holy Spirit come into my life. I want to be part of your plan.
If you sincerely prayed the prayer above and asked Jesus to take control
of your life, then Jesus will come to live in your heart. You will begin
to notice noticeable changes in your life!
You should do two things as soon as possible:
1. Confess Your Faith. Tell someone, your partner, your work mate
of the decision you have made. It is important that you are not ashamed to
stand up for what you believe; you will see how much support you will get.
2. Be Baptized. Find a Bible believing Church where you can be
baptized. If you need help in finding one email me on wawengee@yahoo.com or wawengee@gmail.com and I will help you locate one.
3. Be taught the Bible Principals. Get a Prayer Partner and a Spiritual father
to mentor you and believe in Christ. Get a Bible and a Bible Guidelines for
your nourishment.
For our citizenship is in heaven, from which
also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the
body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the
exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.
